“Attachment Focused Family Therapy”

The workshop will introduce ideas informed by the work of Dan Hughes. This will include an introduction to attachment focused family therapy and to an Attachment Therapy Pilot Project that has been running in Derbyshire with Looked after Children.

On NOVEMBER 19th, Dr Barry Mason,Systemic Psychotherapist and Former Director of the Institute of Family Therapy will present two workshops with one theme:

(AM ) Working with Individuals

(PM) Working with Couples

Cost: Both Workshops £20. One workshop £15

Venue: University of Derby, Kedleston Road, Derby

Times: Individuals 9.30am – 12.30pm. Couples 1.30-4.30 pm

Workshops 2009

We will be holding the following workshops at ‘Oaklands’, (103 Duffield Road, Derby DE22 1AE) from 12.30 until 2pm. Come along and bring a friend or two! No need to book. For 2009 all workshops will include a presentation of systemic practice and a “Back to basics guide” illustrating how to apply the ideas illustrated.
